Terms of Service

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or has been mispriced, we may decline the order and will refund any amount already taken in full.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm payment.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Delivery timescales and charges are set out on our shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your rights to return an order are set out on our returns page and are in addition to any statutory rights you have.

Garments cut to your measurements are made for you individually. Where permitted by law, these fall outside the standard change-of-mind return window. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty or not as described.

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order.
